Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Virora (“Virora”, “we”, “us”), available at virora.io. By creating an account or using Virora, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Virora is
Virora is a marketplace that connects brands with influencers and UGC creators (together, “creators”). Brands post listings for campaigns, creators apply, and each brand decides who it works with.
Virora is not an agency and does not act for brands or creators. It is not a payment processor, bank, escrow service or money transmitter, and it does not process, hold, guarantee or mediate any payment between brands and creators.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Virora. Give accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Listings and applications
- A brand posts a listing with a brief, niche, platforms, budget range, region and the payment methods it will use to pay the creator. A listing stays live for its listing period, and applications stay open while it is live.
- Creators apply with a pitch and their price. A brand can approve applicants, which opens a chat with each approved creator, and approved creators can lower their price in a live auction.
- Prices in applications and bids are offers to do the work described in the listing for that amount.
- Awarding a campaign is the brand’s selection of a creator. Any agreement that follows, including the work, the timeline and the payment, is between the brand and that creator, and Virora is not a party to it.
4. Payments between users
Brands pay creators directly, using a payment method the brand chose on its listing or another method both sides agree on in chat. Virora is not a party to these payments. It does not process, hold, guarantee or refund them, and it is not responsible for non-payment, non-delivery of work, chargebacks or taxes between brands and creators.
Each brand and creator is responsible for their own taxes.
5. Fees for brands
Only brands pay Virora. Creators pay Virora nothing, and Virora takes no share of what creators earn.
- Listings are paid once per listing, for 1 week or 1 month, and can be extended by buying more time.
- A boost pins a live listing to the top of the campaign list for 7 days, with a Boosted label.
- The Free plan has no monthly fee. Pro and Platinum are billed monthly until you cancel them from Billing. They add direct messages and include listings every month. These allowances reset at the start of each billing month, and unused ones do not roll over.
Current prices, and what each plan includes, are shown on the pricing page. Payments to Virora are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle runs checkout, handles tax, and issues invoices and receipts.
6. Refunds
Refunds of fees paid to Virora are governed by our Refund Policy. Money paid between brands and creators is outside that policy, and Virora does not refund it.
7. Reports and enforcement
Brands and creators can report each other, for example for a payment not received, work not delivered, a scam, harassment, a fake profile or spam. Virora may review reports and may warn users, remove listings, or suspend or close accounts.
Virora may help resolve a dispute between users, but it is not obliged to, and it is not a party to their agreement.
8. Content and conduct
- Creators must disclose sponsored content as required by law and by the rules of the platform they post on, for example with #ad.
- You may not use Virora for anything unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent, or to promote products that are illegal where the campaign runs.
- You may not harass other users, create fake profiles or listings, or send spam.
9. Intellectual property
Content made for a campaign is licensed or assigned as agreed between the brand and the creator. Virora keeps all rights in its website, software and brand. You give Virora a limited license to store and display the content you upload, only to run Virora.
10. Disclaimers
Virora is provided “as is”. Virora does not guarantee campaign results, creator performance, engagement numbers, or the accuracy of social statistics that come from third-party platforms. Virora does not supervise the work or the payments agreed between brands and creators.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virora’s total liability arising out of or relating to Virora is limited to the fees you paid Virora in the 12 months before the claim. Virora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for disputes or payments between users.
12. Termination
You can close your account at any time. Virora may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers and limits of liability, survive it.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time and will announce material changes on Virora or by email. If you keep using Virora after changes take effect, you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
15. Contact
